Cycling 201: Building Your Fitness

This bike training series will train your body to resist fatigue so you can ride fast AND far!
Welcome to SOUND Cycling 201. This program is designed to build on the foundation of fitness that you developed in Cycling 101, so that you can ride hard and go the distance! Throughout this 12 week series, you'll increase your strength and cycling endurance with long rides upwards of 3 hours! A certified strength coach will help you develop a stronger, more stable core through focused strength training workouts, and a certified cycling coach will help you capitalize on that strength to put more power into your pedals!

You're on the launchpad and all engines are a go to take your cycling to new heights!

Non-Members: $750 -

AT-HOME COST

Training plan: $375 -

* The At-Home option is best for people who can't make it into the studio for in-person workouts, but still want a training plan that comes with the guidance and support of a coach. You'll be added to the same Facebook support group as the in-studio people, and you'll get weekly videos to guide you through the training process, and to explain how to dig into your results and analyze your data. Due to the level of instruction that is offered during the coached strength workouts, you won't have access to those workouts at this time. We are working to improve this, so they may become available partway through the series.


**All classes dates and times are tentative and may change. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel more than two weeks before the start of class. No refunds within two weeks of the class start date. Any coupons or other discounts must be taken at time of purchase only.
