This bike training series will set the stage to launch your cycling to a whole new level!
Welcome to SOUND Cycling 101. This program is designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength and skills to turn you into a rocket on the bike! Whether you're preparing for short crit races, your first triathlon, or going for a personal best at the Ironman distance, there are several critical aspects of your fitness that all cyclists need to develop. A certified strength coach will help you develop a stronger, more stable core through focused strength training workouts, and a certified cycling coach will help you capitalize on that strength to put more power into your pedals!

Lay a solid foundation of fitness on which you can launch your training, and get ready to shoot for the stars next season!
